Anna and Josh are the epitome of a couple who loves deeply; they share an intense and authentic admiration for one another, and it is so apparent in how they interact with each other. These two even wrote their own vows to each other, where laughter was shared and tears were shed. In fact, I believe it was expressed twice that Josh just “gets” Anna.

Anna and Josh were married this May at Blue Bell Farm, a historic farm wedding venue located in Fayette, Missouri. It is one of our favorite Missouri venues as it provides one of the most picturesque settings for such an incredibly special day. Our team loved every moment from this wedding day, which was full of joy, laughter, and plenty of touching moments.

HIGHLIGHTS

• The Best Man and Maid of Honor speeches left many with full hearts. Both speeches given in honor of the couple were extremely heartfelt, and it was so apparent that Anna and Josh have had a profound impact on their friends.

• Planning had been a pretty stressful process, specifically for Anna. She was in the middle of her Ph.D. program, working long days and nights completing her dissertation. However, uust a day before they were to get married, Anna defended her college dissertation and passed!

• Anna’s parents used his Naval sword to cut their wedding cake many years ago, and it was only fitting for Josh and Anna to do the same with their wedding.

We provided them with ongoing planning guidance, attended a variety of planning meetings, created a detailed timeline, facilitated the rehearsal, managed their wedding day, and so much more. We wish this amazing couple the most blessed marriage. Thank you both for inviting Plan it Terra to be part of your special day.

I'm a girl that lives in her Chacos during the summer, and I'm typically always wearing lipstick. Yes, red is my preference! When I'm not helping engaged couples plan weddings, you'll find me on stage teaching Jazzercise classes. Needless to say, creating engaging experiences that leave people feeling good afterwards is my passion. Seriously!
