Shelby + Jonathan | Blush & Pink Wedding at Blue Bell Farm
I could not wait to celebrate Shelby and Jonathan’s marriage this past year; I have known Shelby and her mother for a few years now, so needless to say, I had been long anticipating this special day. These two have such a special bond, and it is so apparent of Jonathan’s adoration of Shelby. Their wedding color palette was composed of white, navy, and range of pinks including mauve, dusty rose, and blush. Our team was obsessed with the gorgeous floral installation that Sugarberry Blooms designed on the venue’s white timbers.
Shelby and Jonathan were married this May at Blue Bell Farm, a wedding venue located in Fayette, Missouri that offers both an indoor and outdoor space to celebrate. It was a gorgeous spring day to celebrate these two. Our team loved every moment from this wedding day, which was full of joy, laughter, and plenty of touching moments.
HIGHLIGHTS
Shelby honored her late father in several ways for her wedding day. One of our favorite ways she honored him was by wrapping one of his blue ties around her bouquet. She even include a small charm, which included a photo of him.
We helped build one of the most relaxed timelines for Jonathan and Shelby’s wedding. We incorporated a First Look, which gave us so much time for the photography to take photos.
Both Jonathan and Shelby are teachers, so their students were very excited for the two of them to get married. In fact, a Zoom meeting was set up for both of their classes to join. We made sure that Jonathan and Shelby had a chance to tell their classes, “Hello” after the ceremony ended. Shelby told me it was a really special moment for her.
We provided them with ongoing planning guidance, attended a variety of planning meetings, created a detailed timeline, facilitated the rehearsal, managed their wedding day, and so much more.
