Lyndee + Toby | The Notebook Inspired Vintage Wedding at Blue Bell Farm
Lyndee and Toby’s Blue Bell Farm Wedding was a romantic, vintage dream. Lyndee had a very specific vision for her big day, all based around the movie, “The Notebook.” The design was focused on a very neutral color palette with small pops of blue. Sugarberry Bloom floral design focused on plenty of dainty details. Pretty Little Things incorporated two vintage lounge areas styled with clocks, trunks, and birdcages, which was perfect for the quote pulled from “The Notebook” - “If You’re a Bird, I’m a Bird”.
Lyndee and Toby were married this June at Blue Bell Farm, a wedding venue located in Fayette, Missouri that offers both an indoor and outdoor space to celebrate. It was a gorgeous summer day to celebrate these two. Our team loved every moment from this wedding day, which was full of joy, laughter, and plenty of touching moments.
HIGHLIGHTS
Typically, brides stand to the right of the officiant (viewed left for guests), but the bride wanted to make sure the photographer captured her “good side.” Hence why we have a switcheroo in their ceremony photos!
The bride made her own photo booth backdrop - it was made from vint wallpaper adhered to a wooden structure.
Lyndee really wanted a vintage vehicle incorporated into her wedding, and she found the perfect one. She found this adorable powder blue Chevy, and it was a wonderful addition to their portraits.
Willabee was the perfect doggy flower girl for this wedding; she excitedly sprinted down the aisle when it was her turn to go.
We provided them with ongoing planning guidance, attended a variety of planning meetings, created a detailed timeline, facilitated the rehearsal, managed their wedding day, supported setup and teardown, and so much more. We wish this amazing couple the most blessed marriage. Thank you both for inviting Plan it Terra to be part of your special day.

Hey, I’m Terra!
Born and raised in Missouri, I’m a grateful wife and dog mom to my rescue pups, Hildi & Lola. I’m a true believer in the pursuit of bold dreams, learning from mistakes, and staying curious.
I'm a girl that lives in her Chacos during the summer, and I'm typically always wearing lipstick. Yes, red is my preference! When I'm not helping engaged couples plan weddings, you'll find me on stage teaching Jazzercise classes. Needless to say, creating engaging experiences that leave people feeling good afterwards is my passion. Seriously!
I’ve created this blog and my wedding packages to empower you to plan an awesome wedding day and put all of the stress and obligations straight into the dumpster! Now that sounds like a party.
