I’ve known Margaret for quite some time; she’s a fellow wedding planner with a sweet spirit who loves all things sweet, lovely, and genuine. I was beyond ecstatic when Margaret reached out to me about helping her wrap up final details of her upcoming August wedding. When Margaret talks about Beau and their upcoming wedding, her eyes literally light up. Her and Beau are planning an intimate wedding, with their ceremony being held at Faith Lutheran Church and their reception at The Millbottom, located in Jefferson City, Missouri. I cannot wait for their wedding!

There’s something about being engaged that makes you feel like you’re on Cloud 9. It’s hard not to be when your mind is full of exciting ideas and the thought that you will spend a lifetime together with your main squeeze. You feel prepared to start making phone calls to vendors to curate the perfect wedding planning team, trying on options for your wedding day attire, and selecting the perfect menus and cocktails for your guests to enjoy. But then, Corona virus (aka COVID-19) rudely interrupts, and you, as well as all of us, have been left with a lot of uncertainty.

Let’s talk about this beautiful and sweet couple. I first met Becca at a little posh cafe in Jefferson City, and we chatted way past closing time (oops!).
